TikTok questions
Will the video have a TikTok watermark?
KlipJar saves the version the platform serves. When TikTok provides a no-watermark source, that is what you get; when only the stamped version exists, that is what downloads. We don't add or strip anything, and nothing is re-encoded or cropped.
Can I choose the quality?
When TikTok publishes more than one rendition they are listed in a dropdown before you download, largest first. Plenty of posts ship a single file, and then there is nothing to choose.
Can I save just the sound as an MP3?
Yes. Pick the MP3 option and the audio is lifted out of the video on your own device after it downloads — handy for grabbing a sound on its own. Nothing is uploaded for that conversion.
Does this work on iPhone and Android?
Yes — it all runs in the mobile browser. Copy the link in the TikTok app, switch to Safari or Chrome, and paste. There is no app and no extension to add.
Where does the file end up?
Wherever your browser puts downloads: the Files app on iPhone, the Downloads folder on Android and desktop. KlipJar uses the ordinary browser download, so your own settings decide.
Why does one link work and another fail?
The post is private, deleted, region-locked, or it asks for a login. KlipJar only reads what a logged-out visitor can already see, so those come back as a clear error instead of a broken file.
